Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Callum Welsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Where is My Mind? by Pixies kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Donatello Bradman and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welsh on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Welsh has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Sanchez connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Welsh looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sanchez getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Welsh fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sanchez, pushing him back against the cage.
Sanchez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sanchez lands a two punch combo.
Welsh is rocked!
Welsh tries to clinch up but Sanchez circles away and keeps his distance.
Oh Welsh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sanchez cracks Welsh with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Welsh falls to his knees and Sanchez doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Sanchez!
