The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Qissi takes a head kick and keeps coming.
We've been informed that Cadaver has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Qissi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mortis Cadaver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Qissi tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cadaver defends well and Qissi ends up having to push Cadaver into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Qissi throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Cadaver tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Qissi is in Cadaver's guard.
