Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Kingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Lau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Joe Lau was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lau can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lau content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Kingston has locked up a guillotine! Kingston's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Lau is holding on here and Kingston must be using up a lot of energy. Lau has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Kingston gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
