Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Michels has instead reached around Peck's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Michels arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
