Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Campbell!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Redd fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Campbell sprawls well initially but Redd persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Redd is looking for a kimura but Campbell is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Redd to get the leverage.
Campbell wants to improve his position but Redd is controlling well.

Campbell slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Redd is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Redd drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Campbell dives on top into guard.

Campbell must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Campbell tries to free his leg and advance position but Redd is retaining full guard.
Campbell wants to control from the top but Redd keeps moving.

Campbell has gone for a leg lock! Redd slips out almost immediately though and dives into Campbell's guard.

Redd is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Redd tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Redd has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Redd is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Campbell knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Redd has hold of Campbell's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Campbell seems comfortable defending it but Redd has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Campbell is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Campbell is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Redd couldn't care less - he's delighted!
