The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dupree seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Jet Jenson Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dupree throws the kick towards the body but Jenson Jr avoids it.
Jenson Jr unleashes a big counter combination but Dupree bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Dupree has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jenson Jr.
Dupree pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dupree will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Dupree looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dupree on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jenson Jr, as that shot connected.

Dupree throws a series of punches but Jenson Jr moves out of range.

and Jenson Jr counters with a body kick that stops Dupree in his tracks momentarily.
Dupree throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Jenson Jr's jab looks to have found its range, popping Dupree under the eye.

Jenson Jr connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dupree. Dupree circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jenson Jr lands with a good body shot.
Dupree on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Dupree walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dupree shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A punch lands to the side of Dupree 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Jenson Jr throws a right and a left that Dupree avoids nicely.

Dupree shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jenson Jr moves into full guard.
Dupree is looking to work some ground and pound but Jenson Jr has wrist control.

Dupree lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Jenson Jr has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dupree can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dupree is sitting in close to Jenson Jr's body. Jenson Jr has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Dupree is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Dupree is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Jenson Jr.
