Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ritchie Swiper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Lennon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swiper's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, High Hopes. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swiper lands a two punch combo.

It looks like John Lennon has been cut.
Swiper throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Lennon tries to keep at a distance but Swiper has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lennon keeps control of Swiper as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Swiper is trying to break the clinch but Lennon has him pressed against the cage.
Lennon jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Swiper walks away with a smile on his face. Lennon gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Swiper changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lennon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Lennon is looking to regain half guard here but Swiper keeps moving and retains side control.

Swiper stands up.
Swiper connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lennon tries to clinch but Swiper is having none of it.
Swiper misses with a few strikes there.

Lennon goes for a takedown attempt but Swiper pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Lennon avoids a punch combination nicely.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Swiper.
Lennon is not content to let Swiper control the position.

Swiper stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Swiper bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Swiper decides to stand back up.

Swiper gets caught flat footed, as Lennon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Lennon would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Swiper counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lennon won't be happy with that.

Swiper wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lennon keeps working.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Lennon is striking off his back. Swiper thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

Lennon shoots in looking for a takedown. Swiper tries to sprawl out of it but Lennon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Swiper manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Swiper connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lennon. Lennon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Swiper fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lennon sprawls well initially but Swiper persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Ritchie Swiper is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Lennon tries to kick Swiper off but Swiper keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Swiper stands up and beckons Lennon to join him on the feet.
Swiper lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lennon backs up against the cage.
