The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scrubs takes a swing at Seok's ribcage but misses.
Seok throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Seok looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Seok is in close to Scrubs's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Scrubs looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Scrubs is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Seok defends well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Scrubs has an active guard here but Seok has managed to pass into half guard.
Seok moves nicely into side control.
Seok has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Scrubs is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Seok is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Seok lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seok trying to control but Scrubs is having none of it.
Seok has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Scrubs tries to improve his position but instead Seok has taken his back!
Seok controlling well, preventing Scrubs from escaping the position.

Seok has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Scrubs! Can he survive? No! He's out! Seok gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
