The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fok shoots in and bounces Mero Mero off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Mero Mero looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Fok is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fok stands and throws Mero Mero's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Fok lands an elbow.
Fok has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mero Mero is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Fok cracks Mero Mero with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Fok has hold of Mero Mero's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Mero Mero seems comfortable defending it but Fok has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Mero Mero is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Mero Mero is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Fok couldn't care less - he's delighted!
