Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pan Kovalskii!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jaimie Lannister!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovalskii shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lannister as he jumps to the side.
A combination from Lannister does no damage.
Pan Kovalskii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kovalskii darts in looking for a takedown but Lannister gets double underhooks and turns Kovalskii into the cage.
Lannister looks like he wants to counter punch here.
A solid body kick from Lannister.
Lannister lands a glancing blow to the side of Kovalskii's head.
Lannister tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kovalskii swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kovalskii seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Lannister changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kovalskii looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lannister really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kovalskii. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kovalskii is refusing to be controlled, as Lannister sits in half guard.

Lannister uses his free foot to push down on Kovalskii's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kovalskii.
Kovalskii might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Kovalskii bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Lannister wants to sweep but no luck.
Kovalskii passes Lannister's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Lannister is trying to maintain the position but Kovalskii is very close to passing his half guard.

Kovalskii is looking for a kimura but Lannister is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kovalskii to get the leverage.

Lannister is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kovalskii pulls his head out easily.

Kovalskii is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Kovalskii is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lannister is just riding it out for now. Kovalskii eventually gives up the hold.
Lannister is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Kovalskii maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Lannister could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Kovalskii has cracked it and Lannister is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Kovalskii!

A relieved looking Pan Kovalskii thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
