Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dziki Borsuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matt Griffin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borsuk falls off balance throwing a combination
and Griffin counters with a three punch combo that has Borsuk backing up. Borsuk nods at Griffin to acknowledge the strikes.
Griffin tries a head kick but it misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Borsuk looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Griffin is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Borsuk slips a jab and a cross from Griffin.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Borsuk takes the fight into the clinch.
Borsuk misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Griffin.

Borsuk escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Griffin throws a right and a left that both miss.
Borsuk circles away from the clinch attempt.

and Griffin counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
A bone on bone clash there as Borsuk blocks the leg kick.
Griffin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Borsuk at a distance.
No joy there for Griffin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Griffin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Borsuk takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Griffin dodges the punch combination from Borsuk.
Griffin unleashes a big counter combination but Borsuk bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Griffin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Borsuk moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Griffin shoots for a double leg takedown but Borsuk sprawls well. He's pushed Griffin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Borsuk is looking for a counter combo.
Griffin ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Borsuk lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Borsuk tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Griffin's elbow.
Borsuk tries to land knees in the clinch but Griffin avoids the damage to the body.
Borsuk misses with a knee to the head.
Borsuk misses with a hook to the ribs.
Borsuk goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

and Borsuk counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Borsuk is breathing heavily.
Borsuk is controlling the pace.
Griffin wants to get back to his feet.
Borsuk performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Griffin is holding on to half guard well.

and Griffin counters with a crisp one two that drops Borsuk! Griffin thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Borsuk to his feet! Borsuk is in big trouble!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Griffin connects with a stiff jab that staggers Borsuk - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
