Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Laverne Mazzola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Coleman Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mazzola might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Il Canto Degli Italiani. Mark Coleman Jr is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mazzola throws a front kick that sends Coleman Jr stumbling back into the cage.
Mark Coleman Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

As Coleman Jr tries to get set, Mazzola tries to push him back and clinch up but Coleman Jr manages to avoid the attempt.
Laverne Mazzola has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Coleman Jr.
Mazzola feints and then cracks Coleman Jr's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Coleman Jr down.
Coleman Jr closes the distance and clinches.
Mazzola drops down looking for an ankle pick but Coleman Jr pulls his leg out and moves away.
Coleman Jr gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mazzola cracks Coleman Jr with a solid left hand.

Mazzola has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Mazzola slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Coleman Jr controls Mazzola momentarily but Mazzola frees himself.
Coleman Jr wants to hit a switch here but Mazzola passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Coleman Jr there!
Coleman Jr is squirming around, avoiding Mazzola's attempts to control the action.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Mazzola shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Coleman Jr is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mazzola lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Coleman Jr has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Coleman Jr and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Mazzola avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mazzola is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Coleman Jr can do to turn this around?
Coleman Jr is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Mazzola tries to score a power double leg takedown but Coleman Jr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mazzola somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mazzola fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Coleman Jr to the ground. Mazzola is now in Coleman Jr's guard.
Coleman Jr is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Mazzola rolls with it to try and escape but Coleman Jr cranks on the arm and Mazzola is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
