Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lick Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mayger Mayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mayne is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Suikoden 2 OST (the entire thing). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayne tries to bum rush Hard with a series of wild strikes but Hard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hard shoots in for a takedown but Mayne shows good takedown defense.
Hard tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mayne connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Lick Hard has been cut.
Hard throws a low kick but it's checked well by Mayne.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hard closes the distance and pushes Mayne back into the cage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mayne throws a low kick, looking for Hard's leg but Hard calmly moves out of range.

Hard shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Hard is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Hard clinches.
Hard with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Mayne has had enough of the clinch but Hard keeps him there for the moment.

Mayger Mayne is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Mayne lands with an uppercut that bounces Hard off the cage and back into rage.

Hard closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mayne is trying to control. Hard wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
