Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Westing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philip Dale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Westing shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dale as he avoids it easily.
Westing shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dale pinned against the cage. Dale gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Westing moves forwards but Dale connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Westing will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sam Westing. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Westing misses with a takedown attempt - Dale sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dale scores with a jab to the body.
Dale scores with a hook to the body. Westing takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Dale connects with a good right hand that stumbles Westing. Westing circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dale scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Westing doesn't seem bothered though.
Dale fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Westing closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dale circles away.
Dale goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Sam Westing has been cut.

Dale is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Westing misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A decent looking cross lands there for Dale.
Dale drops Westing with a right and a left! Dale comes rushing in but Westing regains his composure and manages to keep Dale in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Westing is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Dale dives into side control.
Dale controls the position from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dale decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Westing tries for a takedown but Dale sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dale lands a jab to the head.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Westing. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Westing shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dale as he avoids it easily.
Westing takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Sam Westing's cut is getting worse.
Horrible takedown by Westing or perhaps it was just good defense by Dale which made him look bad.
Westing moves forwards but Dale connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dale rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Westing moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dale lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Oh Westing is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dale stuffs the takedown.
Westing seems to have got his legs back now.
Westing takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Dale scores with a shot to the body.
Westing takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Philip Dale is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dale lands with a right and another and another! Westing is in big trouble! Dale lands again and this time it's lights out for Westing! A quality knockout there for Dale.
