The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renton lands a right hook to the body.
A jab from Mutulikina does it's job there.
Nice sprawl there from Renton as Mutulikina shoots in.
Mutulikina shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Renton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Renton wants it to stay on the feet.
Renton lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Renton scores with a shot to the body.
Mutulikina's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Renton connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mutulikina scrambles back to his feet.
Mutulikina misses with a takedown attempt
and Renton counters with a right hand to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pierre Mutulikina. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mutulikina shoots for a double leg takedown but Renton sprawls well. He's pushed Mutulikina's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mutulikina is breathing heavily.
Mutulikina takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Renton drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Mutulikina's head, knocking him out cold! Renton is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
