The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ace missing with a left hand there. Embolo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Embolo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ace's head backwards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Embolo unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Ace! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Embolo is unloading with more strikes now! Ace drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yoel Embolo!
Yoel Embolo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
