The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dick fails with a takedown attempt.
Kaczjarg lands a nice hook to Dick's body. Dick takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Dick shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kaczjarg's guard.

Dick is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Kaczjarg can't keep his opponent in guard - Dick advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dick is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Kaczjarg is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

A very excited looking Nick Dick rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
