The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCooeye tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Corleone swivels and escapes.

Corleone shoots in and bounces McCooeye off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Corleone drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Corleone jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Corleone wants to control from the top but McCooeye keeps moving.
Corleone might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control McCooeye kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Corleone shoots in looking for a takedown. McCooeye tries to sprawl out of it but Corleone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McCooeye manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
