Galvao drives through with a takedown into guard.
Galvao gets to his feet. Helmut looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Helmut misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Helmut closes the distance and clinches up with Galvao, looking for a takedown. Helmut pushes Galvao against the cage but Galvao circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Helmut cracks Galvao with a good jab.
Helmut shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rafael Galvao has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luigi Helmut.
Helmut shoots in for a double leg but Galvao sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Helmut looks to score with a jab to the body but Galvao is just out of range.
Galvao closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Helmut to the mat! Helmut manages to get full guard.
Galvao postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Helmut is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Galvao throws a sloppy strike and Helmut has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Galvao is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Helmut!
