Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Seal with that takedown attempt.
Lau feinted with a counter takedown.

Seal gets caught napping as Lau dives in and scores a takedown. Seal manages to retain guard.
Lau working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Seal's head.
Seal is looking to stand up but Lau isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lau's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lau lands a couple of digs.

Seal has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Montreal. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Lau cracks Seal with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Joe Lau decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
