The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Schmo looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mir shoots in for a double leg but Schmo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mir shoots in looking for a takedown. Schmo tries to sprawl out of it but Mir keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Schmo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
