Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noam Dar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ice Wizard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Noam Dar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ice Wizard!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dar closes the distance and clinches up with Wizard, looking for a takedown. Dar pushes Wizard against the cage but Wizard circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Wizard fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Dar to the ground. Wizard is now in Dar's guard.
Wizard not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Wizard gets to his feet. Dar looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Wizard gets caught napping as Dar dives in and scores a takedown. Wizard manages to retain guard.
Wizard is adopting a defensive guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wizard is on top in guard.

Wizard controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Wizard tries to stand but Dar is controlling from the bottom.

Dar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Wizard not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Wizard trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Dar manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Dar wants to pass the guard but Wizard is keeping the position.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Dar looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wizard in particular looking to stall.

Wizard feints and as Dar raises his hands in defense, Wizard changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Dar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Wizard looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Dar had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wizard defends it easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wizard seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Wizard decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dar, up you get!

Wizard shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dar napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Dar wants to get back to his feet but Wizard is dominant here and he's now got Dar's back!

Wizard has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.

Wizard is persistently looking for the submission but Dar is defending it well.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wizard controls the action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ice Wizard showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Wizard is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Dar has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Wizard with shots to the head and body - Dar looks very uncomfortable down there.

Wizard jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Dar manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Wizard thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Wizard's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Ice Wizard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Wizard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
