Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sausage McGriddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Augusto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rodrigo Augusto was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGriddle shoots in and bounces Augusto off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Augusto told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Augusto really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McGriddle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We've been hearing good reports from McGriddle's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of McGriddle around the waist but McGriddle pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! McGriddle is the winner by TKO! McGriddle jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sausage McGriddle!
