Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Animal is looking to land body kicks.
Blake is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Animal throws a right and a left that Blake avoids nicely.
Blake was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Animal fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blake manages to avoid it.
Blake is looking to counter with head kicks.
Animal shoots in and bounces Blake off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Animal closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Blake's guard.

and Blake counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Animal throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Blake was covering up waiting for the punch and Animal finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Animal is looking for a sweep. Blake is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Blake is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

That's time! Blake's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Animal shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Animal showed some decent athleticism there.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Animal tries to clinch up but Blake circles away and keeps his distance.
The crowd cheers as Animal lands an impressive looking overhand right. Blake doesn't seem phased though.
Animal tries to close the distance and clinch but Blake swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Animal rushes Blake and presses him up against the cage.
Animal tries to break free but Blake pushes him back against the cage.
Blake tries to pull guard but Animal won't allow it.

Animal gets to his feet - Blake follows without any prompting.

Blake is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Animal presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Whitney Blake. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Blake swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Animal gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Blake regains guard.
Blake is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Blake is really struggling to control Animal but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

King Animal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Animal stands and steps away. Blake gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Animal doesn't manage to clinch there - Blake circles away.

King Animal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Animal pushes Blake up against the cage in a clinch.
Animal has Blake pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Animal pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Blake tumbling to the mat - Animal dives into Blake's guard.
Animal's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Animal stays in close to Blake's body and controls the position.
Blake wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

It looked like Blake was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Animal.
Blake gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

King Animal has got the better of the ground game so far.
Animal slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Blake enables Animal to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Blake manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Blake has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Animal has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
And that's the end of the fight!
Whitney Blake showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Animal has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
