The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor throws a jab but it's blocked by Gutierrez.
Taylor waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gutierrez.
Taylor lands a nice shot to the body.
Gutierrez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Gutierrez shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Taylor works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Gutierrez is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Taylor darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

and Gutierrez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Gutierrez takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Taylor scores with a sloppy right hand. Gutierrez should have avoided that one.
Glen Taylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking cross lands there for Taylor.
Taylor lands with a hook. Gutierrez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

BAM! Taylor delivers a spinning backfist that drops Gutierrez like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
