Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lando Phil!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phil throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Woodley's waist but Woodley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Phil off to one side.
Phil takes the fight into the clinch.
Woodley breaks the clinch.
Woodley takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Woodley fails with a takedown attempt.
Phil stuffs the takedown attempt from Woodley. Woodley gets slowly back to his feet.
Woodley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Phil's waist but Phil gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Woodley off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrone Woodley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Phil throws a right hand that Woodley ducks under and follows up with a left that Woodley also avoids with ease.
Phil closes this distance looking for a takedown but Woodley circles away.

Woodley is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Phil darts in looking for a takedown but Woodley gets double underhooks and turns Phil into the cage.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Woodley is defended easily by Phil.
Phil dives in for a single leg takedown but Woodley sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Phil moves out of range of the body kick from Woodley.
Woodley shoots in for a double leg but Phil sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Woodley looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Woodley looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Phil is fending him off so far but Woodley persists. Nope, Phil circles away and we're back to standing.
Phil will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Phil misses with a takedown
and Woodley counters with a series of strikes. Phil will be more careful next time no doubt.

Woodley misses with a takedown attempt - Phil sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Phil changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Woodley is breathing heavily.
Phil looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Woodley is fending him off so far but Phil persists. Nope, Woodley circles away and we're back to standing.
Woodley shoots in for a takedown but Phil shows good takedown defense.
Woodley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Phil is trying hard to land a takedown here. Woodley sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Woodley tries a head kick but it misses.
Phil gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Woodley pulls Phil into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Phil wants to control from the top but Woodley keeps moving.
Woodley is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Woodley looking for a triangle here. Phil is fighting it but it looks tight! Woodley pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Phil is tapping out - this one is all over!
