The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch there but Janeiro circles away.
Silva sets himself, and Janeiro steps forward looking for the clinch! Silva avoids it this time.
Silva thows a leg kick but Janeiro checks it
and Janeiro counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Silva is trying to control the position but Janeiro postures up.
Silva wants to sweep but no luck.
Janeiro tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard.
Silva wants to stand up but Janeiro is controlling him.
Janeiro wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.
Silva looking to hit a scissor sweep but Janeiro is one step ahead there.
Janeiro stops Silva from standing up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Janeiro trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom.
Janeiro controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Silva misses with a jab to the body
and Janeiro counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Silva!
Silva bucks up and tries to throw Janeiro off but instead Janeiro has got his back!
Janeiro has managed to slip his arm under Silva's chin. This could be all over... yep, Silva is tapping out! Submission win for Janeiro.
