Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Weldon Carrillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wally Bayola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wally Bayola has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Weldon Carrillo's chin.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carrillo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bayola, pushing him back against the cage.

Bayola has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Carrillo clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Bayola is striking from the back but Carrillo escapes and manages to recover to half guard.
Bayola wants to get back to his feet.
Bayola trying to control from Carrillo's half guard. Carrillo has other ideas though and has regained full guard.

Bayola trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Carrillo manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Carrillo passes Bayola's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Bayola really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carrillo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

It looks like Carrillo is going to stand back up.
Carrillo content to control rather than advance.
Carrillo has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Carrillo decides to stand up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bayola closes the distance and clinches.
Carrillo blocks an elbow strike from Bayola.

Bayola gets control of Carrillo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bayola will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carrillo tries to stand but Bayola is controlling from the bottom.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Bayola wants to hit a switch here but Carrillo passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bayola there!

Carrillo is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Bayola defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Carrillo.
Carrillo unloads with some shots from mount but Bayola bucks and avoids them well.
Bayola reaches up to try and control the position but Carrillo seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Bayola rolls and tries to escape and now Carrillo has his back!

Nice straight punches there by Bayola. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bayola.

Carrillo is rocked!

It looks like Weldon Carrillo has been cut.

Bayola forces Carrillo back against the cage and clinches.
Oh Carrillo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bayola is pressed up against the cage. Carrillo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bayola down to the mat. Bayola avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Carrillo ducks into an uppercut from Bayola and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wally Bayola!
