Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Police Officer and Desmond Glass. Glass is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Across 110th Street by Bobby Womack. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 wins, 4 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of London, Desmond Glass!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Officer takes a jab right on the kisser.
Glass is looking to land body kicks.
Officer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Glass was well out of range. Poor timing from Officer.
Glass uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Glass uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Officer.
Officer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Glass tries to avoid it but Officer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Glass to the ground. Glass escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Glass tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Officer was well out of range. Poor timing from Glass.
Glass swings for the body but Officer moves out of range.
Officer shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Glass lands an overhand right.
Officer tries to clinch but Glass moves out of range.
Officer takes one to the side of the head.
Glass thuds a left hand into Officer's body.
Glass lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Glass misses with a double jab.
Officer was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Glass connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Officer waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Glass.
The fighters circling - Glass throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Glass stalks Officer and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Officer's face. Officer staggers backwards, shaken.

Officer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Glass throws a shot to the body.
Glass just misses with a punch to the body.
Glass throws a quick inside leg kick.
Glass attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Officer is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Officer avoids the body shot from Glass.
Glass throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Officer on the side of the head.

and Officer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Officer is looking to clinch but Glass is avoiding it.

It seemed like Glass was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Glass.
Glass stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Glass throws a head kick but Officer moves out of range.
Officer on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Glass connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Glass moves away from the strike by Officer.
Glass throws a push kick but Officer slaps the foot to one side.
Glass feints and then cracks Officer's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Officer down.
Officer shoots for a takedown but Glass saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Glass is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Officer had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Glass looks to land a left hand but Officer moved out of range nicely.
As Glass looks to move away, Officer throws a big counter combo but Glass just gets out of the way.
Officer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Officer tries to counter with a takedown but Glass is quick to defend against it.
Glass dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Officer catches Glass with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Glass is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Officer is defending well for now.

We've been told by Officer's head coaches at LOD: Black Label that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Officer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Glass paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Glass throws a quick inside leg kick.
Officer checks a low kick from Glass.

Glass jabs Officer right on the nose. Officer blinks but takes it well.

Horrible takedown attempt by Officer or perhaps it was just good defense by Glass, which made it look bad.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Glass. Officer shrugs it off though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Officer shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Glass's guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Glass wants to stand but Officer has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Glass is pushing down on Officer's leg trying to pass to half guard. Officer is fighting to maintain full guard but Glass has managed to sneak the leg through.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Officer takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A telegraphed right hand from Officer misses the target.
Officer walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Glass lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Officer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Officer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Officer clobbers Glass with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Officer throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Glass's waist but Glass gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Officer off to one side.

Desmond Glass seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Police Officer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Officer has Glass pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Officer pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Glass tumbling to the mat - Officer dives into Glass's guard.

Desmond Glass comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Glass winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
