The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganola throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tater's waist but Tater gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ganola off to one side.
It looked like Tater wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ganola is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tater sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Tater lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Ganola.
Tater appears to be looking for a big counter.
Dick Tater has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mosa Ganola.
Ganola looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Tater stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tater wants it to stay on the feet.

A jab-cross combination lands for Tater and sends Ganola crashing to the mat! Tater follows him down to the mat - Ganola regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Mosa Ganola has been cut.
Tater lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Tater drops an elbow to the side of Ganola's head.

Tater wants to work for an arm triangle but Ganola is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
