Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Emre Can!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Savage Liddell!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Can, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Liddell misses with a straight right.
Can avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Liddell attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Can tries to bum rush Liddell with a series of wild strikes but Liddell uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Can checks the leg kick nicely there.

Liddell closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Liddell tries to work over Can's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Can is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Liddell is defending well for now.

Can keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Liddell's efforts to push away.
Can throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Liddell blocks it with crossed arms.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Emre Can.
