Brahms comes to the cage accompanied by Hungarian Dance. Agnarsson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Drop death - Squeel kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Grimur Agnarsson!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brahms lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Agnarsson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Agnarsson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Brahms shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Agnarsson sprawls well. Agnarsson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Brahms gets slowly back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Brahms is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Agnarsson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Brahms wants to lay and pray for a moment but Agnarsson keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Agnarsson looks to move to half guard but instead Brahms has passed into mount! Damn!

Brahms looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Agnarsson is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Brahms lands a couple of good shots and Agnarsson has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

A relieved looking Johannes Brahms thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
