The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like RJ Barakus has been cut.

Wallace has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've been hearing reports that Barakus has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Wallace prevents a takedown attempt there.

Barakus gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Wallace wants to sweep but Barakus has passed to side control!

Barakus thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Wallace is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Wallace is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Barakus couldn't care less - he's delighted!
