Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dominique Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tenshin Obata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obata takes the fight into the clinch.
Bell jumps guard but Obata turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Bell letting Obata take a breather here.
Bell's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Bell tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Obata just stands there and leans against the cage.
Obata lands a nice uppercut.
Bell tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Obata smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominique Bell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bell shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bell was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Obata can do anything to dispel that myth.
Obata is looking for a sweep.
Bell has hold of Obata's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Obata tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bell cranks the arm and Obata screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Obata, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
