Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Joe Schmo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gansukh Temujin!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmo ducks under a wild hook from Temujin.
Temujin throws a right and a left that both miss.
Schmo throws a hook but Temujin avoids it easily.
Temujin now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Joe Schmo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed right hand from Schmo misses the target.
Temujin doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Temujin lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Joe Schmo has been cut.
Schmo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Schmo misses the shot to the body.
Schmo misses with a looping right.
Schmo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Temujin drops Schmo with a beautiful combination! Schmo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Temujin is looking for the KO!
Schmo is rocked!

Temujin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Schmo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Schmo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Temujin circles away quickly and effectively.
Schmo misses with a left hand
and Temujin counters with a right hand to the body.
Temujin lands a slapping body shot.
Temujin ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Temujin blocks a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Temujin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Schmo. Those never looked like landing.
Schmo misses with a straight left.
Schmo punishes Temujin's body with a nice straight punch.
Schmo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Temujin moves away.
Temujin unleashes a big counter combination but Schmo bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Schmo connects with a body shot.
Temujin throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Joe Schmo's cut is getting worse.
Temujin misses with a series of wild punches.
A shot to the liver by Schmo. Beautiful body shot.
Schmo slips a jab and a cross from Temujin.
Temujin looks winded!
Schmo throws a big shot that misses.
Schmo is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Temujin's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Temujin gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Schmo throws a body punch but Temujin moves out of range.
A shot to the liver by Schmo. Beautiful body shot.
A combination from Temujin does no damage.
Schmo is looking for a counter combo.
Temujin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Temujin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Schmo counters with a nice right hand that sends Temujin toppling to the canvas! Temujin scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Schmo finish him?!
Temujin is rocked!
Schmo lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Temujin up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Schmo from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Temujin's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Joe Schmo!
