The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frank dives in and grabs Violent's left leg, looking for a takedown. Violent pushes down on Frank's head and hops out.
A countering left hand to the body from Violent misses.
Frank looks for a takedown but Violent sprawls well.
Violent looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Frank drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Frank working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
It looks like Shiro Violent has been cut.
Frank with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Violent can do anything to dispel that myth.
Violent has momentary wrist control but Frank slips an elbow through the middle.
Violent is rocked!
Frank stands up over Violent, holding on to his feet. Frank throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Violent is out cold! Frank lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Altidari Frank!
