Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Svend Haraldsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurgen Tetsuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tetsuo moves out of range of the body kick from Haraldsson.

Tetsuo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Haraldsson is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Haraldsson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tetsuo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tetsuo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We've been hearing good reports from Haraldsson's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close second round but I would say that Svend Haraldsson will probably get the nod.

Tetsuo lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Haraldsson quite badly. Haraldsson pulls Tetsuo in close trying to recover. Tetsuo postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Haraldsson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Haraldsson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
