Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George St Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ford Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, George St Peters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ford Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around St Peters's waist but St Peters gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Harrison off to one side.
St Peters tried to counter with a leg kick but Harrison avoided it.
Harrison shoots in and drives through. St Peters sprawls well.
Harrison on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Harrison walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
St Peters misses with an attempted mid kick.
Harrison gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
St Peters's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

George St Peters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ford Harrison.

and St Peters makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Harrison really felt that one!

St Peters jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
St Peters darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Harrison's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles St Peters before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). George St Peters!
George St Peters bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
