The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira ducks under a wild hook from Naibat.

Naibat throws a combination. Vieira tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Rodolfo Vieira has been cut.

Vieira is trying to force a seperation but Naibat has the dominant position.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Naibat creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Vieira is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Naibat gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Naibat.
Naibat breaks from the clinch.
Naibat dances in with a quick combination. Vieira is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Naibat snaps Vieira's head back. Vieira stumbles backwards against the cage. Naibat steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Vieira's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Vieira just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Manis Naibat!
A relieved looking Manis Naibat thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
