The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomes throws a body shot but no joy.
White tries to counter by clinching up but Gomes breaks away and moves out of range.
White avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

White scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
