Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Osiris Wingate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bogan Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wingate comes to the cage accompanied by In The End by Linkin Park. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley avoids the body shot from Wingate.
Riley looks to land a left hand but Wingate moved out of range nicely.
A big right from Riley misses.
Riley cracks Wingate with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Wingate slips a jab and a cross from Riley.
Wingate lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

No joy there for Riley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Riley misses with a takedown attempt - Wingate sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Riley lands a nice shot that snaps Wingate's head back.
Wingate will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Riley lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Wingate backs up against the cage.

Bogan Riley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wingate slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Riley scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Wingate rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Riley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Riley loads up on a big right hand but Wingate slips the punch.
Wingate tries to score with a low kick but Riley moves his leg out of the way.

Wingate is looking to wear down Riley with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Wingate throws a combination. Riley tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Riley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wingate counters with a series of strikes. Riley will be more careful next time no doubt.
A combination from Wingate does no damage.
Riley swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wingate fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Riley manages to avoid it.

Riley throws a hook to the side of Wingate's head but Wingate sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Riley might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Wingate counters with a single leg into guard. Riley didn't expect that.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wingate wanted to stand there but Riley had control of the position.
Wingate is breathing heavily.

Riley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wingate doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wingate manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Riley controls Wingate momentarily but Wingate frees himself.
