Quando had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Reyes is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Quando Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Reyes's back instead.

I would just about give that final round to Chucky Reyes.
