Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christian Dior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ray has chosen Tsuna Awakens as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dior lands a jab to the nose.

It looks like Ross Ray has been cut.
Ray keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dior.
Ray will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A punch lands to the side of Ray 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Dior connects with a body shot that sends Ray's belly button to the back.

Ray wants to clinch up but Dior keeps it at a distance.
Dior takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Dior leaves Ray with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Dior gets caught napping as Ray dives in and scores a takedown. Dior manages to retain guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dior wants to stand and escape but Ray is having none of it.

Dior manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ray manages to get himself to full guard.

Dior is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Dior stands and steps away. Ray gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Dior lands with a straight right. Ray didn't see that one coming.
Ray on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Dior throws a lazy right hand but Ray sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Ray tries to close the distance and clinch but Dior swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Ray instigates a clinch.

Dior breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dior throws an overhand right that lands on Ray's shoulder, as Ray tries to avoid the shot.
No joy there for Dior, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ray is looking to clinch but Dior is avoiding it.
Dior looks to land a right hand but Ray moved out of range.
Ray closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ray dives in and grabs Dior's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dior pushes down on Ray's head and hops out.
Christian Dior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ross Ray.
Ray looks winded!
Dior ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Dior connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Dior throws a lazy right hand but Ray sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Ray has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Dior misses with an uppercut. Ray saw that one coming.

Dior blocks a head kick by Ray.

Dior throws a looping overhand right but Ray ducks down to avoid it.
Dior lands with a good body shot.
Dior lunges at Ray with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Ray's hand.
Ray on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Ray is rocked!
Dior cracks Ray with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ray falls to his knees and Dior doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ross Ray was interviewed post fight and said 'I'll be back.'.
