Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cecil Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Dux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cecil Peters!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Dux. Peters shrugs it off though.
The fight stays on the outside here - Peters looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dux tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Peters manages to circle out of the way.

Dux drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dux wants to control but Peters is keeping him busy.
Dux throws an elbow but Peters slips to the side and avoids it well.

Dux stands up and beckons Peters to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dux scoring well with a low kick there.

Dux closes the distance and pushes Peters back into the cage.

Dux breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Dux gets a takedown into half guard.
Peters keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Peters tries to roll over but Dux keeps him under control.
Dux not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Dux wants to free his trapped foot but Peters is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Dux is trying to control. Peters wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Dux is really struggling to control Peters but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Peters trying to control here.
Peters might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dux haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Peters is looking to improve his position.
Dux sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Peters defending well though.
Dux tries to pass to full mount but Peters defends it.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Dux doesn't manage to clinch there - Peters circles away.

Dux closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Peters to the mat! Peters manages to get full guard.

Peters pushes Dux off and scrambles back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Peters looks for a takedown but Dux sprawls well.

Dux moves into the clinch successfully.
Peters jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dux walks away with a smile on his face. Peters gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Peters shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Peters showed some decent athleticism there.
Dux tries to roll over but Peters keeps him under control.
Peters wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dux keeps working.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dux is trying to get back to full guard.
Peters tries to stand and escape but Dux is controlling the position.
Peters scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Peters wants to stand but Dux has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Dux is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Peters pulls his head out easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frank Dux dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Peters looks for a takedown but Dux sprawls well.
Peters throws a half hearted mid kick.
Peters misses with a jab to the body
and Dux counters with a left and a right that stings Peters.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dux looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dux lands with a nice combination. Peters backs away looking to recover.
Dux shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Peters as he avoids it easily.
Frank Dux is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Peters bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Peters prevents Dux from escaping the position.
Peters gets to mount! Dux was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dux wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Peters working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Dux is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Peters has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Dux taps out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cecil Peters!
