Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pisacane misses with a head kick.
Pisacane dives in for a single leg takedown but Ross sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
And Ross counters with a quick kick to the body but Pisacane blocks it.
Pisacane looks for a takedown but Ross sprawls well.
Pisacane swinging wildly here.
A jab from Pisacane does it's job there.
Pisacane is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ross sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Gale Ross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Riccardo Pisacane.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pisacane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ross swivels and escapes.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pisacane looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pisacane tries to clinch but Ross is having none of it.

Pisacane shoots in and bounces Ross off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Ross pushes Pisacane off and scrambles back to his feet.
Ross feints and as Pisacane raises his hands in defense, Ross changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ross not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Ross is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ross controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ross postures up.
Ross really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
Ross passes Pisacane's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Ross passes to side control.
Ross stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Pisacane looks winded!
Ross shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Pisacane tries to roll over but Ross keeps him under control.
Ross postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Pisacane to stand up.
A combination from Ross does no damage.
Ross really is a fat lump.
Ross drives through with a takedown into Pisacane's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Ross controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Pisacane lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ross drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Ross as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Pisacane screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Ross! Nice submission victory there!
