Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wiremu Huia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonidas Sparta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huia comes to the cage accompanied by Poi E - Patea Maori Club. Leonidas Sparta struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sparta crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Huia - the referee stops the clock and Sparta gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Huia. Sparta manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Huia feints and then cracks Sparta's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sparta down.

It looks like Huia has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
BOOM! Huia lands a beautiful left hook that drops Sparta. Sparta tries to recover but Huia is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Sparta lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
