Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 36 - 21 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lucas Bane!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Itse Perkele!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkele does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bane lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bane darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A lazy body kick from Bane
and Perkele counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Lucas Bane has been cut.
Jab from Perkele.
Bane jabs Perkele right on the nose. Perkele blinks but takes it well.
Bane uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Perkele.
A punch lands to the side of Perkele 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Perkele was well out of range. Poor timing from Bane.
An inside leg kick lands from Perkele.
Bane tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Perkele paws at him with a jab and circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Perkele! But no joy.
Perkele moves out of range as Bane throws a body kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bane rushes Perkele and presses him up against the cage.
Perkele lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bane backwards.
Perkele tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bane misses with a short punch on the inside.
Perkele lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Bane misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bane lands a hook that snaps the head of Perkele backwards.

Perkele breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lucas Bane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bane scores with a one two! Perkele had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Perkele cracks Bane with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bane looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Perkele finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Perkele connects with a body shot that sends Bane's belly button to the back.
Perkele has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Perkele dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bane. That did some damage!

Bane misses with a shot to the body
and Perkele counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Perkele cracks Bane with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bane looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Perkele finish him?

Bane is rocked!
Bane is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Perkele doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Bane crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Bane's bad books for that mishap!
