Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kadu Alves (ranked 24498 p4p, 301 weight class) and Pedro Henrique (ranked 8245 p4p, 251 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Alves seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Henrique misses with a few strikes there.

Henrique has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Henrique is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Alves's shoulder. That is not cool.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
