Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eugeniy Petrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Eugeniy Petrov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Petrov throws a lazy right hand but Baker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Baker was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Eugeniy Petrov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baker uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Petrov.

We've been told by Baker's head coaches at Ferocious Beast that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Petrov moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Petrov takes one on the button.
Baker feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Petrovs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Petrov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Baker.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Petrov throws a looping overhand right but Baker ducks down to avoid it.
A little feinted left hand from Baker on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Baker cracks Petrov with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Petrov falls to his knees and Baker doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
