Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wlder Gorum (ranked 24844 p4p, 636 weight class) and Welington Silva (ranked 24949 p4p, 660 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Gorum with that takedown attempt.

Gorum is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Silva can't fight it off and eventually Gorum manages to take the fight to the floor. Silva looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gorum slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Silva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gorum's guard.
